Located in south west Georgia, the Chehaw Council, B.S.A. serves a seventeen-county area. Organized in 1912, the council has a strong and rich tradition of service to young men and women in south west Georgia.
Annually, the Chehaw Council serves approximately 5,000 youth and nearly 1,000 adults in all program areas. Council activities include Cub Scout Family Camping, Scouting for Food, training events at all levels of leadership, Camporees, Venturing, High Adventure activities, and much more!
